Why work with me
What you get from a designer who tests.
Most designers never see the numbers. Most analysts never open Figma. I do both: I find why people don't buy, design the fix and test it.
Research, design and testing in one person
I find the problem, design the fix, build it and read the test result. You brief one person, and nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Planning, designing, setting up and reading A/B tests: at a testing agency, in-house and freelance.
Every change has a reason
Each change comes from recordings, reviews, surveys or your analytics. You see the evidence next to the design.
Designed for the buyer
A clear offer, doubts answered before they're asked, and proof where people hesitate.
You work with me directly
No account managers, no juniors. The person on the call is the person designing your page.
A readout, not a guess
Every test ends with what changed, what the result was and what to test next. On a client's paid landing page, that was +27% conversion rate.
“He understands the buyer psychology, and creates designs that not only look good, but also sell good.”

Selected work
Redesigns that paid off.
What was wrong, what I changed and what the A/B test showed against the original page.
After
Cast Iron Skillet
A $160 cast iron skillet sat next to $30 alternatives with no reason at the price, behind an email popup. I put the pan first, answered "why $160?" under the price and added delivery, returns and the guarantee by the button.
After
Product Adoption SaaS
A B2B product adoption platform sent every visitor to a three-field demo form that never said what the call covers. I tested three new demo pages against it; the winner explains what you get from the 30 minutes.
After
Solar Installer
A northern Minnesota solar installer sent Meta ads to a homepage that led with its name and kept its only form at the bottom. I put a four-step estimate on the first screen and built the page around winter, outages and rebates.
After
Men's Face Wash
A men's face wash page showed a 60 ml two-pack at the price of a 20 ml trial tube and put an Amazon button under Add to Cart. I showed every size to scale with its cost per month, took Amazon out of the buy box and built out the page.
What I do
The pages between the click and the sale.
One page or the whole funnel. I research it, design it, build it or hand it to your developers, and test it.
Product pages
Product pages for ecommerce and DTC brands that answer what buyers ask before they add to cart.
02Landing pages
Landing pages for paid traffic that continue the ad people clicked and lead to one clear action.
03Websites
Websites for small businesses, SaaS companies and brands: strategy, copy, UX and UI, ready to build.
04CRO audits
A clear, evidence-based review of your funnel with a prioritized list of fixes, wireframed and ready to test.
05A/B test design
Test ideas backed by research, written hypotheses and high-fidelity variants, prioritized by how much they can move revenue.
06Ad creatives
Static and video Meta ads, one clear promise each, designed together with the landing page they open.
How I work
Four steps, ending in a number.
I learn who buys, find where they drop off, plan the page, then design it and test it.
Research
Know the buyerI read your reviews, support questions, competitors and ads to learn what buyers want and what the page doesn't tell them.
Analyze
Find the leaksAnalytics, recordings and heatmaps show where people drop off. That decides what I fix first.
Wireframe & copy
Plan the pageThe structure and the copy, agreed with you before any visual design.
Design & test
Prove it worksDesktop and mobile design, launched as an A/B test, with a readout of what it earned.

Guest speaker, 2023 and 2025
Invited twice to teach this at NYU.
NYU School of Professional Studies asked me into its E‑Commerce classes in 2023 and 2025. I took students through how I review a real page, find what stops people from buying, and turn it into a test.
It's the same process I use on your pages, explained the same way.
About me
Hi, I'm Alex.
I'm Aleksandar Perić, Alex for short, a conversion designer. I design the pages people land on, from product pages and landing pages to full websites, and the ads that send them there, so more of the visitors you already pay for buy, sign up or book a call.
Then I check that it worked. I set up the A/B test against your current page, read the result and tell you what the change is worth in sales or leads, so you keep what earns and drop what doesn't.
I've done this for ecommerce brands in food, skincare, supplements, home goods and apparel, for B2B SaaS companies, and for local businesses that run ads, like solar installers, dental practices and HVAC companies.

Kind words
What people say about working with me.
I worked with Alex to create high-conversion product pages for DTC brands we work with in our agency. Alex's heuristic analyses came with strong evidence, and answered the WHY in every design revamp that we did for our clients. He understands the buyer psychology, and creates designs that not only look good, but also sell good. One of the best designers that we worked with.
Design + optimization expertise = the incredibly valuable and unique combination of skills that Aleksandar possesses. He can single handedly analyze web pages, determine why they are not converting as well as they could be, and create designs that both look and convert better. I have worked directly with Aleksandar since he joined Spiralyze and cannot speak more highly of him as a person and as a professional. At Spiralyze, Aleksandar has elevated the quality of work produced and is a key component to Spiralyze's growth from client success to marketing.
Aleksandar reviewed my paid campaign, ad creatives, and landing page. He delivered a clear analysis with weak points and followed up with a new design and copy. The result was a 27% increase in conversion rate. That uplift allowed me to scale the campaign. I increased the budget, and it's now performing better than ever. If you need someone who truly understands CRO and conversion design, Aleksandar's your guy.
Alex is the best designer I have worked with so far. He understands the fine line between good-looking UIs and good-looking + high converting UIs. I have worked with him in cross-platform designs and he always impressed everyone. I highly recommend Aleksandar for complex long-term projects.
I've worked on several projects with Aleksandar, and he always delivered tremendous value. I needed his help with UX/CRO audits as well as wireframing to prototype recommendations from the audits. Highly recommended! He's one of the top guys I've ever worked with.
[Alex] was the lead on our content and web redesign strategy. He is an expert in the creation of lead-generation landing pages. And, has a keen understanding of audience behaviors. Having this knowledge and experience contributed to launching an effective business website.
FAQ
Questions people ask before we start.
What exactly do you do?
I'm a conversion designer. I design product pages, landing pages and websites, A/B test them, and show you what each change earned. You get the design, the reason behind every change and the result.
Are you available for new work?
Yes, for freelance projects: one page, like a product page or a paid landing page, or an ongoing program of redesigns and tests with your team. Book a call and tell me what you need.
Do you only design, or do you also build the pages?
Both. I can hand your developers clean Figma files with every state, or build and launch the page myself, so it's live, fast and ready to test.
Which platforms do you work with?
I design in Figma and build custom-coded landing pages and sites that go live on your domain. On Shopify, Webflow or WordPress, I design for your platform and either build it or hand build-ready files to your team. For tests and research I work with your A/B testing tool, GA4, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Ecommerce and DTC brands, SaaS companies and lead generation businesses, including local services that run ads. The common thread: you already have traffic and want more of it to become customers.
Do I need a lot of traffic to A/B test?
It helps. A test needs enough conversions to give a reliable answer. With lower traffic I lean on research (reviews, recordings, surveys) to make bigger, safer changes, and compare results before and after instead.
How long does a project take?
An audit takes about a week. A product page or landing page usually takes one to three weeks from research to launch. A/B tests then run until they reach a clear result, often two to four weeks.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope: an audit, one page, a full website or ongoing testing. Book a call, tell me what you need, and I'll send a fixed quote.
Let's talk
Let's find out why your visitors aren't buying.
Send me the page. On the call I'll tell you what I'd fix first, what it could move, and whether I'm the right person for it.
