CRO audit
Find out why visitors leave without buying.
My CRO audit shows where your funnel leaks and what to fix first, in about a week. No 60-page PDF: a short, ranked list of problems, the evidence for each, and wireframes of the fixes.
Short answer
What is a CRO audit?
A CRO audit is a review of your website or funnel that finds where and why visitors drop off, using analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, customer reviews and a heuristic review, and ranks the fixes by how much each one costs you.

- You get
- A short, ranked list of problems, the evidence for each and a wireframe of every fix
- Timeline
- About one week

- Analytics access, your recording tool if you have one, and a short call
- Tools
- GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar and Figma
- Price
- A fixed quote after a short call, before any work starts
Who it's for
Who is a CRO audit for?
- You have traffic, a conversion rate that won't move, and no clear reason why
- You want a test roadmap built on evidence instead of opinions
- You're about to redesign and want to know what to keep and what to fix
What's included
What's included in a CRO audit?
Most of my best tests start in an audit. I'm not looking for everything that could be better, only the few things costing you the most.
Clients use my audits to brief their own designers, plan their test roadmap, or hand the redesign straight to me.
- Heuristic analysisEvery key page reviewed for clarity, relevance, trust, friction and motivation.
- Data reviewFunnel drop-offs, device and traffic-source differences in your analytics.
- Recordings and heatmapsWhat real visitors do, where they hesitate and where they quit.
- Voice of customerReviews, surveys and support questions, turned into objections to answer.
- Fix list and wireframesEach fix with its evidence, priority and a wireframe of the change.
Proof
What has it moved for clients?
After
Spore Probiotic
A spore probiotic had survey results most brands would lead with, 2,800 pixels down. I made them the headline, added a symptom picker that shows the result for each shopper's problem, and cleaned the buy box to one rating and one shipping line.
After
HVAC Company
A Phoenix AC and plumbing company opened its homepage with "Phoenix's Best" and hid its offers and 4.69 rating far down. I built the page around the person whose AC just died: a booking picker, the offers as coupons and the rating up top.

An A/B test or a before-and-after comparison, read in conversion rate and revenue.
FAQ
Questions about cro audit.
What do you need from me?
View access to analytics, your recording or heatmap tool if you have one, and a short call about your customers and offer.
What if I don't have recordings or heatmaps?
I can set up Microsoft Clarity for free and collect a week of data, or work from analytics, reviews and a heuristic review.
Can you implement the fixes?
Yes. Most audits turn into a redesign or a series of A/B tests that I design.
Let's talk
Let's find out why your visitors aren't buying.
Send me the page. On the call I'll tell you what I'd fix first, what it could move, and whether I'm the right person for it.
